Black Dog Machine, LLC Return Policy 

Refunds:

• Can only be processed if product is purchased directly from BDM.
• Return within 60 days from the order date to be eligible for a refund.
• Shipping is non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for the cost to ship the product to BDM unless item is covered under BDM’s manufacture’s limited lifetime warranty.
• Refund is issued to the original payment method as soon as product is received. Processing may take up to 48 business hours to see funds reflect on your account.

Manufacture’s Limited Lifetime Warranty:

• Manufacture’s defect replacements/repairs: BDM promises to repair, replace, or refund product that we manufacture that is in fact a manufacturer’s defect in material and workmanship.
• Includes BDM product(s) purchased from other sellers.
• BDM is responsible for the shipping cost.
• If you have been issued a return label, product needs to be returned within 20 days from the day the label is printed. Label will expire automatically on day 21. Black Dog is only refunded 70% of the original label cost from USPS so we kindly encourage you to return product promptly. 

Damaged parts/product that is not a manufacture’s defect:
Just like your favorite pair of shoes, wear and tear on the followers & springs from long time or heavy use is normal. We do offer replacement parts for all products. Parts are available for purchase on the website. Click on the model of your magazine from the home page, find the parts link.

Accidents happen!
If your product has been dropped, ran over, whatever the case may be, you may need to retire that magazine and use the internal parts for spares. If you are unsure, you may submit a RMA form online, include clear pictures of the damage.

We do prefer online submissions so we can obtain images if applicable to help describe certain issues.

If you do not have access to the internet, you are welcome to call us and submit an RMA verbally.
