Black Dog Machine, LLC Return Policy

We try our very best to ensure the return process goes as smooth as possible!

We are happy to process a return for an item we manufacture that you purchased from another company. (Shipping charges may apply)

Here are some things to keep in mind.

FIRST STEP: Fill out our Returns form on our website and we will get the process started! CLICK HERE

RETURNS-Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds can only be issued if the original purchase was made through Black Dog Machine, LLC.

If it has been more than 30 days, we can still process your return by issuing a credit memo.

The original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS-Replacements: We stand by our Manufacture’s Lifetime Warranty. If for some reason your product has a manufactures defect, we are happy to send you a replacement.

If you have accidently damaged your product, NO PROBLEM! After you are issued an RMA#, we will have you mail the product to us. We ask you to include a check for return shipping cost (Amount TBD). Once we receive your product we will replace the item for you. Turn-around time is typically 2-3 business days.

RESTOCK FEE: If you with to return items without a manufacture’s defect, there will be a 20% restock fee.
